Idea Cellular — Problem of portability

Dear Sir/Mam, Due to no service on my SIM card between 9:30pm to 10:30am, i want to port my no.from IDEA.But idea can't leave my no. Below are the complaints given by me from last 3 months, 1st-18.08.15, UPC code-CIY99888, 2nd- 28.09.15 UPC -CIY59231, 3rd-14.10.15 UPC-CIY72255, 4th-29.10.15 UPC-CIY64281. I request to u plz sort out my problem soon..
