[Resolved] Idea Cellular — problem to create porting post paid to prepaid | |||
This is request cum complain mail for my no. [protected], i am having this no. Last more than one year, idea was giving every time higher bill against my usage, i have complain & said to port my no. To another network, they offered my discount 100 rupees but later on not amount reflect in my bill, Further i complain in the customer care for this issue, but customer care replied unprofessionally way said to port the no. If you are not satisfy from the our service, still i was following customer care team for discount adjustment on given by customer care. Later on i have to pay amount 460 with penalty & forwarded the request for porting. When i visited indirapuram branch he said due to some reason we are not taking porting request, he said to visit on 01 aug 2018, when i reached again idea office on ist aug & he took approx 550 rupees said to port & recharges on next plan, he said that you will get confirmation & then we can port your no. Idea team said, your due payment is not complete, vendor said due payment will have to pay on store, when i asked vendor he said idea customer care confirmed we have retained the request but we did not confirm any retain request., r we fool or customer "s money do not have any value still i have to pay 200 without generating my bill. Payment for mobile number [protected] was successful. Your transaction details are as follows: Mobile number [protected] Payment status success Reference number [protected] Payment date mon aug 06 16:34:02 gmt+05:30 2018 Amount 200 Comments the payment for mobile number [protected] was successful. Customer care is trying make excuses, but not porting post paid to prepaid, i am totally frustrated but not porting my no. Even spent day by day rupees to idea telecom.
