Rc 392 is applicable only once on your new 4g handset, so hurry if not already done! Tnc apply after the recharge is done they sent this message - mrp: rs 392.00 credited all india calls free expiry 16/10/2017, 1 gb daily data pack expiry15/10/2017 credited loc nat sms 10 final loc nat sms 10 expiry date 15/10/2017gst:18% on applicable values proc-fee: rs332.20 rechg cat: stv. This is how you people are cheating customers.

Data theft by idea cellular Ltd

My number is [protected]. On 07 Oct 17, i switched on my mobile at 0157 hrs in the morning. soon after a few minutes i found the data of 1 GB is missing from my account. the data was credited on that particular day at 0000 hrs. i called up ur customer care number but the executive refused to register my complaint. This has happned several times with me. Where should i take the matter up now.
