My number is [protected]. On 07 Oct 17, i switched on my mobile at 0157 hrs in the morning. soon after a few minutes i found the data of 1 GB is missing from my account. the data was credited on that particular day at 0000 hrs. i called up ur customer care number but the executive refused to register my complaint. This has happned several times with me. Where should i take the matter up now.

my idea no. [protected] is not activated. i purchase new sim on 25 sept 2017. but i still waiting for activation. plz solve my problem and activate my no. asap.
