Idea Cellular — raised bill of an deactivated new connection | |||
I have purchased a new Idea Postpaid Connection worth Rs 300, after 10 days i made a call to 59059 to activate that sim but unfortunately the address i have told them did'nt matched with the address already feed in their system. The customer care executive said " I cant activate this number " . I beard the loss of 300 rupees also now they have raised the bill for that number that hav'nt activated. No action have been taken from idea customer care, 13 days have been past.
My bill payment date is 25th september. Please Solve this issue as soon as posible otherwise i am going to close my rest 2 Idea postpaid numbers also.
