[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Random deduction of balance

Respected Sir/Mam, I am using Idea as my service provider. Recently on 30 September i have done a recharge of Rs.28 for net pack. After the recharge i started using net facility and on morning of October 1st i find that both my balance as well as my data has deducted. Data will be deducted that's not my concern but why balance if i have net pack. I complained to their customer care and they said when you use more than one application using Internet both balance and data pack will be deducted. Please act on this complaint.
