[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — recharge card got damaged

My recharge card voucher no got damaged while scraching it, i request you to help me out plzz... Will u provide me another vochure no from which i can recharge my phone plzz help me out so that my money doesn't go waste.. Plz...
It was 50 rs recharge card of idea company. I will send you picture of that damaged recharge card also if required but plz help me.

I just tried to recharge my number through idea online. After payment done it's showing an error and I did not get the data balance.

I am staying in sr nagar hyderabad, network is too bad some times and it shows no network and the data is also very slow.

Even after repeatedly complaining about flas message to IDEA customer customer, it didnot get stopped ...How to get rid off it completely.
