[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Recharge for my phone (oneplus three)

On 23rd of august i got a recharge done for my idea number of rupees 453 which was an offer only applicable for the users of the phone (Oneplusthree) so i got a message that the recharge has been done and i have received the normal 2 gb data, when i checked the balance it was showing that i have 2 gb of data to use but when i started using my internet facilities they started deducting amount from my main balance, now i have trying to talk to them since the morning of 24th aug and no one is able to help me, i have been put on hold for 10 mins, i have to explain my problem to them each time i call and then come out with no solution then they transfer my call to their seniors for which they put me again on hold for 10 mins each time i call i have to stay on line for like 30 minutes, they asked me to wait for 24 hours, i did. I have called like more than 10 times and still my problem is not solved, last time i talked to a senior he said he will call and he also did but he had no solution they just keep asking for more time, then again a guy called but due to some issues through his side the call disconnected. The name of the senior was mr. Arif yasmin baig and after then i called again on idea customer care and talked to a ma'am and even she put me on hold for two minutes and when i asked her name she refused to tell me her name but somehow afterwards she told me her name which is seema badnawarc, and she then asked me to wait for another 4 hours. This is what is happening with me since the last 36 hours and i still am stuck with my problem here.

My 3g data pack is activated but my internet is still running slow. signal strength is almost full but still it is running worst.i had some talk to this company customer care but it is useless as i have done everthing but there is no use of their help.please take a look or otherwise i will port my network to other cellular network
