[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — recharge not successful (idea net setter--no[protected])-Madhya Pradesh

My no is [protected] (Madhya Pradesh circle) used for dongle (idea 3G net setter)I am finding problem to recharge I had recharged on 13.12.2014 for Rs 749.00 (internet pack) and although the recharge vendor got sms for successful recharge, the recharge was not successful and not activated in my net setter and I did not get any message that the recharge is successful. So the recharge pack not not activated. Again I recharged Rs 749 on 20.12.2014 for Rs 749. and the recharge was unsuccessful again . I have called the help line no [protected] (M.P) several times but no body is responding. I am only getting a recorded voce “ can you hear me? “ I am really surprised for this kind of poor service.
