Recharge done on 14.1.2020 rs 100 via transaction id sbi [protected]ihl9776921 deducted from my sbi account but my mobile number [protected] did not get recharged inspite of deduction of amount from my account. The poor facility provided by the idea any forced me to port my number [protected] which was earlier in idea from last 10 years.
