Dear sir,

My idea no is [protected] and i have to recharge 199 plan with my balance but there is no any option to do recharge with my balance i recharged more than 250 rs than i could got 200 rs balance now i want to recharge 199 ploan through it but not could do it... If i have to pay money again for recharge than its sure that i will change my service provider why will i go far with this worst service...
