Idea Cellular — Recharged with Rs.30 on 13.04.2015 but balance shows only Rs.2/- now it is zero

sir, I am your new customer number [protected] The following are the problem with your connection 1. While registering the above number in your site it says that it is corporate number register it in corporate portal 2. I recharged this number with Rs.45/- no display in my balance there fore I transferred Rs.34 from my account, your customer care people said that the earlier recharge will automatically elapsed how sir I am not using single internet KB 3.After that I have recharged Rs.30 that amount also gone showing zero balance 4.I am not able to contact your customer care people also since my balance is zero I dont like to recharge further kindly resolve the above problems Thanking yours Truly T.Durairaj
