Refund not initiated. I have done online idea recharge of rs. 310 on dated 25/10/2016 at 10:41 hrs through transaction id hpsb[protected]. But recharge not done. Message received from idea care that is "unable to process this recharge, as the amount selected is not available. We have initiated a refund of rs. 310.00. It will 25/10/2016".
