I had file a complaint on 14 october 2014 regarding the issue with my security refunding of Idea Mobile no. [protected] that had been changed from postpaid to prepaid. Idea people contacted me and told me that my security and extra bill paid has been refunded by the cheque. But i have still not get that mentioned cheque by the idea authorities.
