[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Refund security money

Hi Team, I am Abhishek Kashyap, My concern is, it has been 9 days since i have purchase the new post paid connection but it has not been activated so far. First three 3 to 5 days i got message on my currently using phone number is, there is an issue with address verification. without visiting the mentioned address they sent me this message. Next day I got message that Idea connection request has been cancelled. I talked to the girl who was processing all these. She told me you number has been activated, i told her i am not getting signal and the error message i am getting is like ""Sim card registration failed". She told me let me talk to the respective team and I will let you know, she did not call me back, when i tried to contact her, she did not pick the call. This process continued for three days. Contact person Email ID is: [protected]@gmail.com and Contact NO: [protected] yet, I am not able to use service. My New Connection No : [protected] Now I have purchased another new connection, so I do not want this to use idea this and I ased them to return my money back, they said, money can not be returned, it can be managed with, if your relative are using idea connection.
