[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding 4g network issue | |||
Changed my idea sim from 3g to 4g. Since then facing 4g network issue from more than 3 weeks now. And customer care is not supporting in solving the issue. Registered a complain too but it has been closed without solving the issue. I've been asking executive to put someone senior on the phone since 3 days but apparently no one is "available". If you can't resolve this issue, let me know clearly. So that i can port it to some other network provider. I'm fed up of calling idea customer care again and again, i've got better things to do.
