Idea Cellular — Regarding: migration from postpaid to prepaid

Dear Sir/Madam,
i wants to migrate my postpaid no. [protected] to Prepaid .
i have visited the 3 time at idea store but till now they will not migrate my no. in prepaid.
i also talked with idea customer they are also misbehaver to me regarding this i have complain to the supervisor but till now i did not get any call or resolution.
when i request for the migration idea backend team called to me they advice to me please take our another paln of 700 rs/ for two year i am talking but call drop from idea side after they activated the plan of 700 rs.
when i am gain visit to the idea store they said to me please deposit 100 rs.
i have deposited but they did not provide any request no.
when i gain visit the idea store they said to me please deposit the 700 rs.
after that i will send the request to idea.
i can not under stand the matter of the idea executives because when i visited the idea they always give me the false commitment.
so i want to register the complain regarding this.
please provide me solution .
