[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Regarding recycling of number

I piyush kalkote, was using idea prepaid number in india, 5 months back i have moved out of india, but for all the bank transactions, i gave the idea number only. Without prior intimation they stopped the services to the number, then we contacted idea office immediately through a friend, the store asked that number is still active, but you have to get new idea prepaid card for the same number and wait till it gets activated. As after said days the card was not activated friend of mine contacted the customer service again and they said that the card is recycled. Is this done without prior notice to the customer? Here all our bank transactions are stopped as we are out of india we can't change the number for transaction just by sitting here, because of this pathetic service, we are suffering a great loss. What if that number is assigned to somebody else and they got all our bank information? What if it is misused? Are idea officials gonna pay for that loss?
They should at least take that much efforts like other companys to send a message notifying that, "the services may be barred to this number due to non usage and to avoid that what action a user can take". We are facing very frustrating situation because of the negligence of idea's greatest service
