Idea Cellular — Regarding roaming free services

My Idea Mobile No. is [protected] which is in roaming (Bihar) now. I have recharged Rs 71.00 on 13 Dec 2015 for one month roaming free . It is working till 17 Dec 2015 and now today i.e. 28 Dec I received a call then charged 0.45/m but its validity is about 12 Jan 2016. We contact your customer but my problem is not solved . I also select home network but roaming charged 0.45/m.
