[Resolved] Idea Cellular — regarding the data balance deduction and bad response from customer care representative

i have recharged a 2G data pack of 1GB in my no. and then after, because of slow speed, i have recharged a 3G data pack again of 70 mb... after using 70 MB my data balance shows 0 kb... i didn't use any of my 2G data balance and it is showing i have 0kb data balance left..when i asked customer care representative about this they are not able to answer my query..
