dear service provider, this is for your kind information that money rs. 28 from my account. I received a massage from your side that recharge 105 and get a talk time 110 but in place of talk time I get 300 Mb 3G net pack while 2G net pack is already in use . and when 300 Mb is used then money is deducted from balance. so my first question is why wrong information is given regarding talk time. I recharge for talk time but you give me 300 Mb 3G net pack. & second when 300 Mb consumed why you deduct money in place of deduct the data from my 2G plan.
