[Resolved] Idea Cellular — repeated billing issue and not caring the customer requests | |||
This was an repeated repeated issue i am facing with idea cellular, last month idea cellular resolved the issues, again this month the same problem with my billing, i hope aditya birla doesn't care about the customers. The idea representatives are promising (Faltu) to get the connection. The idea office in rudrapur (Udham singh nagar) in sagad complex the representative name : mr. Honish mob: no - [protected], he is a so care less and i have contacted mr. Mayank from regional office, mob: [protected], he also said the problem will resolve with 24 hours, i have waited for 48 hours still no solution. I really embarrassed with the company people behaviour and the way they talk to the customer. I have requested for common bill for all three numbers, when the time of talking the connection idea has promised 20% discount on rental now the representative confirmed not possible. Last month given and this month what happened?? I request consumer form to take serious action against these fraudulent companies. Cheating the customers. Worst experience with idea, calling on my log book regarding payment due, great idea.people from idea have been calling to the numbers to or from that I have a due payment to them, was shocked to know that additional number on my ID, any issues with me call me, why to call others
