[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Repeated deactivation Request not completed | |||||
Idea broadband has the most pathetic customer care service which I have experienced! I had registered deactivation request for my Idea broadband account No[protected] first time on 16 April 2016 and the customer care representative confirmed to me that it will be deactivated by the end of April 2016. On 15th May I once again received a massage with the produced bill, with surprise I enquired back to Idea customer care and they informed me that the deactivation was not processed and I will have to pay Rs 915 once again to deactivate and settle down the account, hence I had to pay the bill once again to close and settle deactivation of the account once again I am still receiving the emails pay my bills and now they have received the loknyayalay notice to pay 1053 in order to close and settle the account once again I am totally frustrated, I had never imagined this kind of gross illegal conduct from idea like company.
