[Resolved] Idea Cellular — repeatedly refusing mnp/ forced subscription

I have raised mnp request twice, on 23rd july and 31st july and each time the idea rejected the request. More recently the reason for rejected cited is an outstanding bill (Pro rated till date). Did idea raise any bill or inform the consumer on the outstanding before rejecting the request? Since i have another idea number and both numbers are under same account number and hence same bill, idea does know that i still have a relationship with idea and any outstanding would get cleared!!! For 6 years i complained against poor network service and no action was taken. And now when i want to port my number i am not allowed to do so!!! This is like being held captive by idea. The best part is when idea tries calling me at my (Idea) number and then sends me a message “that they were unable to reach me since my number was unreachable”. I demand that idea immediately accepts the mnp request. I cant repeat the entire cycle the third time since i need a proper working connection urgently.
