14.7.2014 IDEA CELLULAR COMPANY, Dear sir We are using you connection since long, we are facing huge connectivity issue in Kankaria Road, ahmedabad. there is huge problem with voice clarity and disturbance and also ph gets disconnected, we have also lodged the complain to customer care but no response. We request you to check the issue and short out the matter on urgent basis. currently we are using following no. [protected] [protected] [protected] Currently huge issue at our office: A/15, 4th Floor Sumel Business Park - 1 B/h. New cloth market Kankaria road Ahmedabad - 380 002 Gujarat. Dear Sir,
We regret to here from you that your are unable to enhance the coverage... boss kindly check the sight, your tower has been destroyed due to fire in hirabhai market, kankaria road, opp vanijaya bhawan, ahmedabad.
You should put the efforts atleast to check the site, what is the actual problem, boss sumel business and new cloth market are the main business centre, i suppose you might be getting the major business from them. it is really shamful to here from idea cellular, this is insisting us to POR to other mobility immediately.
