[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Roaming charged in Delhi/NCR local Network | |||
Dear Sir, I'm Sanjay Sharma from Gurgaon. I'm using Idea services in Delhi/NCR network. My cell no. is [protected]. I applied in Idea for 3g Data. But to use continuously 3g I've to select WCDMA manually in my cell. Due to WCDMA manually selection my cell selected Idea 3g Haryana network. My cell locating me in roaming but I ignore it because I already told from customer care that while using 3g I'll not charged for roaming charges. But when I got my mobile bill I realize that roaming charges between 4th Oct-14 to 22nd Oct-14 are charged wrongly while I was in Delhi/NCR local network. Now idea is refusing to reverse roaming charges approx Rs. 95/- due to using Haryana network. Its cheating with me. I've asked in idea customer care to trace my location between 4th Oct to 22nd Oct-14 and resolve the issues. But they are not listening me. Pls. help me. Its not all about Rs.95/-.
