[Resolved] Idea Cellular — rs 5 getting deducted without any activation of any package on daily basis

Hi idea team,

I am idea prepaid phone user number [protected]. I am seeing that rs 5 is getting deducted from my balance on daily basis. I did not activated any package on my number neither i requested for any package but still money is getting deducted. Please stop this deduction and pls refund my balance at an earliest

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Sorry for the trouble. As checked and found, while using internet WAP service has been downloaded. So, Rs.5/- has been deducted accordingly.

For the net WAP service, Rs 12/- has been deducted . Can you pls double check once ?
Also pls deactivate all the WAP services if it has got activated by mistake and see if some balance can be refunded or not ?
