The resolution given by customer care is simple . Sir we apologize please visit our branch submit address proof and it will be taken care of.
Please help me with someone higher than you in Idea as this is the most stupid resolution I can hear from anyone.
1. Why do I visit store for a verification that was supposed to be done at my home and has not been done yet.
2. Why is no action taken against sales rep who mis guided me and he is set free to fraud other IDEA customers in future.
3. Why was no verification done and it was marked as negatively closed for my address.
Hoping for better reply than copy paste or else I would need to take it above.
