[Resolved] Idea Cellular — security deposit amount is not refunding

Respected sir,
I am shivaji kumar yadav my postpaid mobile no was [protected] which migrate with postpaid to prepaid on 22 dec 2017 but at the connection time i have paid security amount rs 300 to idea care but after that i want to raise the application to refund my security then they people told me that your security deposit amount is not reflected in database until same amount is reflected in my mobile idea app.

I have shown to this status to idea customer care but they peoples are not agree on this prof
I have send the security deposit slip many time to customer care person but they do not want to give me positive response against this issue.
Sir i have also raise this complain in consumer forum which complain i'd is 580984 but i did not get any response from your side also so i am again requesting you that plz care it my problem to resolve it as soon as.
Herewith i am attaching the prof of security deposit slip and consumer forum report to you plz find the attachments.

Updated by Shivaji kumar yadav Sir If I have send the soft copy to idea then they people, why not refunding my security. I received the mail from idea in mail status my case 580984 are to be close without resolve my problem. I have send him soft copy of security deposit amount but they people are agree to accept it.
Sir I request you again plz resolve my problem on priority basis.

Updated by Shivaji kumar yadav Respected sir, kindly resolve my case regarding to security money. Idea people are asking me scan copy of security money slip.
Sir I request you that if I m proving them soft copy of idea apps security slip then why they people are agree to accept this slip.
Sir using this connection so long time so slip are missed so kindly aceept my soft slip and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
