[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Selling VAS service with incomplete information | |||
Dear sir I had received a call from your end on 24th June regarding selection of my no[protected] For free dialler tone for 1year, on this I gave my acceptance. But later found rs.249 had been deducted from my a/c. Next Day on 25th I called back and discussed about the issue, the person was courteous & understood my complaint and agreed to deactivate the service & get the amount refunded. But somehow the same has not been done till date. So once again I called today on 6th July at 10.40 pm for the refund amount... After discussion with someone my call was transferred to Mr. PMahendra Malviya (senior officer), this gentleman is now proving me guilty of not checking about the refund amount earlier as it is tooo late now. As per him this call should have come latest by 26th June for not receiving refund amount. Just want to know that is it our mistake that we kept faith in Aditya Birla group and waited for refund to come... Hope you understand the concern & do the needful.
