[Resolved] Idea Cellular — service and behaviour of customer care executive

I am calling to Idea customer care for may sim replacement, replay from customer care executive name is Anand Bharti said they not provide such facility.when I said to him that I was going for porting then he said go to porting and addition told other Idea users who are working with me to port their number. They not care about customer.
So I request to Idea user teach them lesson and take action against this fellow name is Anand Bharati
