[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sim activation delay

Previous i was using idea sim. I was using idea for almost 3 years. Suddenly this year i've lost my sim card somehow. So immediately i went to the nearest police station and filed a complaint. After that i got a new idea sim card having my previous idea no. I got the new sim card on 19th may. 2 days have passed but am still unable to activate my sim card. It would be great i[censored] can fix this problem and active my sim card. I am facing a lot of trouble nowadays as the idea no is linked to my bank account and some shopping sites.
