I am idea prepaid user and My mobile number is [protected]. I came to sweden last month and after 1 month my idea sim card deactivated without any notification. I recharged to get my number activate but still its not activated. do i need to do anything more. please resolve my issue on priority.
as sim card not working i am not able to connect with customer care also.
