Idea Cellular — sim card is not activated

i have a purchased a idea postpaid sim card dated 13/2/2015 at surat.that sim card was not activated...sim card is registered name is UTKARSH GOYAL...when i was call a custmer care then he says me "sir, it's not my responsibility please go to idea care" your custmer care excutive name was sunny ...my mobile number is [protected]...that was not activated your company is more time consumed to activate a simcard...any replay for this matter you will call me on my mobile number [protected]
