4 days back i found my sim card is not receiving any range at all. I have 4 other idea simcards in my family, and they were all working fine, so i tried to troubleshoot through the basic steps as mobile networks, phone on off, flight mode on off etc it didnt work,
Then i tried to use the simcard in other phone and other idea simcard in my phone, where i find my phone is working fine, but my sim card is not receiving any signal.
So i went to idea gallery baner, and told them my issue, as per them they needed adhar card owner of adhar card and a photo and 75 rupees, here starts the issue
The simcard is registered in my younger brothers name, who stays in south africa and wont be coming until december, i have his adhar card original with me and my brother is also ready to be online and give the permission, he is also ready to give writteen cpnsent to sim swap, or any other thing he can provide to make sure the sim card gets swapped.
But they said they can not make changes if he is not present here himself.
Then i try to get on to mail with idea for the sake of resolving this issue, and i was hopeful that some senior representative will come into play and resolve this as soon as possible.
But, after 4 days of everyday follow up and instant replies from me, i figured out they do not even understand the issue. Keeping on asking any sort of question other than my problem
Not even they are reading my mails properly which have already stated the issue correctly in the first place, neither reading the whole conversation.
What should i do in these circumstances.
I need to know if they can solve this issue or not, i need a straight ans
