[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sms not working after 4g upgrade

Updated my idea 2g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.
Please I really need to fix this problem.
