[Resolved] Idea Cellular — sms of otp not receiving complaint/request no request no.[protected] not resolved

I am writing this mail you to explain the problem.
The solution explained to me by customer adjective kirandeep kaur was about the internet problem which i had not mentioned.
The actual problem is that my this number [protected] is registered/linked with my bank account. Whenever i have to do online transaction for shopping/payment recharge etc a otp sms should always received to registered no [protected] that is not receiving. And some times incoming to this number is also not available.
But when i use internet on this number then automatically all problems is resolved my sms is received and incoming calls is also available

I had port out this number from jio to idea on 15 may 2018 because of same problem but again it is happened in idea
Please solve my problem otherwise i am going to comlain to trai

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our communication, we've raised the complaint for your call connectivity & SMS concern under reference number[protected] and you shall hear on the same till 26/05/2018. Also, we've informed you to details to stop the flash service that is to send a SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate
