[Resolved] Idea Cellular — swapping from corporate account to normal

Dear sir/madam,
For the past three years i'm using your net work. Swapped from other network to yours but my account from the beginning says it's corporate i didn't mind though as my bill payment was done automatically from my account. Recently for four months in paying it through idea outlet. When enquired about details personnel said it's a corporate account and it could not be changed until a noc is provided, i could not provide a noc as i didn't submit any official documents but your system says though i want to continue with idea but as prepaid so please do the necessary asap.

We would request you to contact your respective Relationship manager of your company to get NOC stating that you wish to activate the mentioned number as individual in prepaid and you are no more part of existing plan of particular complany. Sir irrelevant messages are still coming on my no-[protected] instead of registered in ndnc please look into this at the earliest because i raised this to idea but no action has been taken. I have sent images of these messages to idea but still received it.
