[Resolved] Idea Cellular — TDS deducted while recharge 5000/- | |||||
Ihave recharge rs. 5000/- on 26 may 16. I have call 12345 and spoken with mr. Prakash kumar more than 7 minute. And with mr. Mayur rishi solanki more than 55 minutes between 1550hrs to 1650 hrs.. But nobody cleared my problem or kept in hold for speaking with senior. A customer how much time waste while holding. Now i want or help to give full talk time if any way possible. .
