[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — telecommunication services deductions

There hasn't been any notification provided for the rule that your recharge will be lapsed if you do the same recharge twice and when that happens there is no solution for that. Also stupid services when get activated by chance provide the option to deactivate but there is nothing they do for refund. Are we supposed to call customer care everyday? For everything? And isn't is quite logical to have a refund if you are not using a service and deactivating it? These are the issues that occur due to lack of information provided to the customer. You wish us happy diwali and all but providing information must be your first concern. The customer care attendants on the other hand are not sorry about it... They could apologies at least for the mistakes of the company they are working in.
