Hi, to the concerned team!!! Um writing this with the terrible n abominal experience i had with u guys, i used an idea sim i lost it 3months back also i had a phone ideally got damaged followed by the sim break, i had totally forgotten to make my payment, but wasn't even notified though, but i started getting calls from this specified number [protected] and the other number [protected] so wen i got a reminder stating that i will b making my payment in next two days, so they ideally told me they can't wait or there will be warrant issued or a fir filed against my name... I told them plz go ahead i know how the legal works um ready to face it... Coz authentically i know tht was not a biggest mistake coz i know what i was doing next, to say i got call from this number [protected] stating that this has to b dun today and this lady she claims she is a pc who ideally turns out to b a unprofessional wench abusing me and my entire family and groups, which ticked me off...! And also said this stating i have all your recordings i am going to upload it on the internet... Now my concerns are is the privacy that a network gives to their customers? Secondly is the professional way of dealing? And i wud have made thousands of xalling including my personal and deep personal calls so is the privacy that a netwrk providers can give their customers... Um deeeply concerned about every other customers now... I am ready to face this on media or anywr as well... I have the voice clips of the lady who spoke to me... And using abusing and filthy statements i am ready to legaly go against idea... The totally crappier customer care executives this is deeply a private and privacy concerns and also this has hit my self respect!!! Now wts next people plz help!!! Was this information helpful? |
