[Resolved] Idea Cellular — they showed something and giving something. | |||||
I have done my mobile recharge of rs198 unlimited pack through idea app. The idea app showing me that in rs198 they gave me unlimited calling and 1gb 3g internet daily for 70 days but when my recharge is done then i am checking it. Idea app shows me that the offer validity is for only 28 days. I have also talk to your customer executives they said its only for 28 days not for 70 days. If its for 28 days why you show it for 70 days i have screen shot of that offer and please do that what you shows to me. Also send this mail to [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com and appellate.
