Myself divakar . i have purchased a idea postpaid sim [protected] during august month 2016 and paying bills regularly .but during december 2016 i keep on getting messages to pay bill for [protected] number. i contacted idea and said i am no way connected to [protected] number. they said to write a mail to idea cellular regarding this issue.i mailed and got reply that "pls ignore such messages and sorry for the inconvience caused to you.but few days back i received a call and the person at other end started threatening me to pay bill for [protected] . i said i m no way connected to this number . i m using only one number that is [protected]. he used to threaten me saying i will fill a case against you and need to pay penalty ... is the way idea behave to customers??
