I, sirajul haque r/o 543/12 sheikhpur po rajajipuram lucknow. I have an idea sim card whose no. Is [protected] which is registered on my name and above address. But it is used by my son wahajul haque. On 22/01 2018 he was in gorakhpur (Up). Where he lost his mobile. So please deactivate this sim as soon as possible. Thanks Attachement 1.
