Hello madam/sir,
For the past 2 months i have been trying to port out of idea due to bad signal coverage in my area. But everytime i send the prescribed porting message (Port [protected] to 1900), i receive a reply saying that upc for my number cannot be generated as it is not configured (Screenshot attached).
I have called and visited customer care stores a dozen of times, still the issue persists. Therefore i want you to look into it and resolve my issue asap.
