Robbing customers has been a way to become rich in this technology and communication world, and they find ways to do it. Twice i had deduction of 3rs each and every time they said it's because of one charges i activated by dialing some number, but i haven't requested nor wrong dialled, and i did not use my mobile for 5 hours when had this last deduction (Unless the mobile dialled itself which ain't possible), when i called customer care to take the complaint they persisted me that i have dialled, so i asked him if i dialled a number there has to be a request and evidence in my call list or request list and send me the copy of my dial list, he is faking around and told me he cant take the complaint. This is a bad way to treat customers and i would kindly request to solve such pathetic issues. If they can try and fool a literate, wonder how they might fool the illiterates telling you dialled some xxxxx number and persistently telling you have dialled numbers. The thing here is they aren't transparent, if i have requested there has to be authentication, but i don't see non here. It's just day light snatching. Was this information helpful? |
