Idea Cellular — Unauthorised charges

Regarding My Mobile no [protected] the data pack uses report as per Idea mail dated 19/02/2016 that extra Rs 40has been charged . Immediately i request Idea to stop the datacard and close the facilities, subsquently i got information from them that same has been done. now after two days got the mail from idea that Rs 645/hasbeen extra charged .The same information again received, Try to contact Idea by mail no body responding.
I have appearhension that during billins the charge,
Please took necessary step to stop IDEA for foul play.
