We would like to inform you, that to get the call and SMS details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send an SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If your e-mail id is not registered with us first register your e-mail id follow these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space> e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, we would like to inform you that you can check your outgoing call details in My Idea Application or Website.

And paymented in my idea app for RS 120 but recharge was not done and balance was deducted from my upi account

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, there's no such recharge credited in your account. Hence, we request you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge. If still any issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the day of the recharge to till date along with the transaction id to assist you further.
