[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unauthorized balance deduction from prepaid mobile

Unauthorized balance has been deducted from my mobile balance when i open data connection of idea on 12.10.2017 at 11:22:26 rs. 38
Pls. Refund me the balance and also make sure that it will not happen again.
It will happened twice.
I also call customer care but they do not register my complaint.
With request no[protected] and make it closed.
