[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unavailability of desired data pack shown in offer via text msg

3days back i receievd txt msg on my idea no. Showing an offer of rs.94 providing 10gb of data&28days validity. On recharge i got only 512 mb&validity 10days. I repeatedly tried abt 8 times on custmr care daily bt no one was intrsted in looking upon the complain. Its has been 3days n now all the executives are busy n i m unable to connect them.
