I had activated a 3G pack of Rs.100 (300MB) on 3rd of May 2015. My usage was 295MB and the very next day the pack was deactivated and now the unbilled amount shows Rs.1171!!! and all my calls have been barred. Please help me in this issue!

When the idea customer had called me, they are demanding and telling me to pay Rs.1000! If i dont they wont activate my calls it seems! Sir please help me in this.
